Molly’s passion for Real Estate began when she purchased her first investment property in 2016. The concept of restoring an old, run down home and creating something beautiful and new for others to enjoy is what pushed her to get her Real Estate License in 2019. From fix & flips to seasonal rental properties, Molly has experience in it all. She’s learned the ins and outs, the what not to do’s, and what to do’s, and she’s eager to share her knowledge and expertise with others.
