There is a game room with a recreational-size pool table and plenty of seating for friends and family. The spacious living room offers plenty of seating and has a recliner sofa and another plush couch. Adjacent is the kitchen has a large butcher's block, a breakfast bar with barstools, granite countertops, and stainless-steel appliances. The chic dining table offers seating for up to six. The outdoor retreat awaits. You will find a sizeable kidney-shaped pool through the sliding glass door, plenty of outdoor seating, and a view of the stunning lake. Through the screen door, you will be in the large backyard. There is outdoor seating, chaise lounges, and an outdoor table overlooking the lake. The primary bedroom is sizeable, with a king-size bed, a sofa to kick back and relax, and an attached bathroom. The primary bathroom has a stunning dual vanity, a large soaking tub, and a walk-in shower with a detachable showerhead. The second bedroom has two bunk beds and is perfect for the kids!
