Lakewood Ranch Main Street
Main Street at Lakewood Ranch is the perfect place to shop, dine, or enjoy a night out. On Lakewood Ranch Main Street you can find a movie theater and miniature golf course, the Fish Hole. Special events, concerts, festivals, and more are held here. Some featured restaurants are Ed’s Tavern, MacAllister’s Grill & Tavern, and Paris Bistrot. On the first Friday of every month from 6-9PM on LWR Main Street a free concert series and block party is held called Music on Main. There are food vendors, sponsor booths, beer trucks, and activities for the kids.

Waterside
Waterside is the newest village in Lakewood Ranch coming soon in 2020! With 20 miles of shoreline, acres of nature preserve, and a dynamic lakefront town center, Waterside features seven pristine lakes and plans to build more than 5,000 homes. The commercial village will feature fine dining and high-end retail. Water taxis will ferry guests to 12 different Waterside communities.

The Green is a 38-acre development in Lakewood Ranch focused on health and fitness. It features different restaurants, office spaces, retail stores, and residential areas. This area supports the luxury master-planned 304 residence LWR community and planned 305-acre biotech district CORE.

Lakewood Ranch Park
Lakewood Ranch Park is located off of Lakewood Ranch Blvd and features baseball fields, basketball courts, batting cages, bike racks, soccer fields, softball fields, tee ball fields, tennis courts, playgrounds, picnic tables, a concession stand, football field, little leagues field, pavilion rental, and racquetball.
Lakewood Ranch Athletic Center
The LWR Athletic Center is open 24 hours, providing access to state-of-the-art fitness equipment, personal trainers, four class studios, and massage therapy. Members have access to two heated pools including a resort-style pool and a junior olympic pool. The Lakewood Ranch Athletic Center provides a number of different membership options to choose from.
Lakewood Ranch Golf & Country Club
The Lakewood Ranch Golf & Country club is one of the most popular country clubs in the area. It features a clubhouse with dining, 3 golf courses, 20 tennis courts, fitness/aquatics, weddings and events. This is a beautiful country club with upscale dining and a great atmosphere.
Summerfield Park
Located off of Lakewood Ranch Blvd, Summerfield Park is a family friendly park featuring a playground with slides, swings, and a climbing wall. The park is 15 acres with walking trails, basketball courts, tennis courts, a soccer field, sand volleyball court, and baseball field. There is also a picnic pavilion with a charcoal grill available to rent. This is a great place to spend time with family or even pets!

Legacy Golf Club
The Legacy Golf Club is an 18 hole championship golf course and has an award winning Arnold Palmer Signature Design. Legacy is known as one of the premier golf course layouts in the Southeastern United States. The course features a number of elevated teeing areas, and nearly every hole is framed with sand and water.
