Sixteen years ago, Carol moved to Sarasota and immediately fell in love with the beauty and lifestyle of the Gulf Coast. Since then, she has made it a priority to get involved in the community and help others discover everything Sarasota and Manatee have to offer. Known among her clients and peers as a true “Sarasota Ambassador,” Carol loves meeting new people and helping them feel at home in this stunning area.

Before becoming a Realtor®, Carol spent many years in the construction and design industry as a Certified Building Contractor in Florida. This experience gives her a discerning eye for quality and design—insights she now uses to guide her clients through buying and selling homes with confidence.

Carol specializes in luxury real estate, but she welcomes anyone looking to call Sarasota or Manatee home or make a smart investment in the area. Her approach is client-first and relationship-driven, built on honesty, integrity, and deep local knowledge. She takes pride in helping people not just find a home, but build a life they truly love.

Carol and her husband feel grateful to be raising their two teenage children in this wonderful community. Outside of real estate, she enjoys traveling, skiing, playing tennis, and watching documentaries—and she loves sharing Sarasota’s unique lifestyle, culture, and coastal charm with everyone she meets.
