Brittany Skinner

Heart. Hustle. Home.

Brittany Skinner is a dedicated Realtor® with a passion for people, property, and building meaningful connections through real estate. Licensed since 2018, she brings a unique blend of service-industry experience, business savvy, and personal warmth to every transaction.

Before launching her real estate career, Brittany pursued the culinary arts—skills she now channels into crafting unforgettable client experiences and expertly navigating the many “ingredients” of a successful deal.

Born in Korea and adopted into a loving U.S. family at just three months old, Brittany recently relocated from Philadelphia to Florida with her husband, their baby daughter, and their spirited pup, Ganso (a Chihuahua–Mini Pinscher mix). Her husband is from Ecuador, and together they hope to live there one day—but for now, they’re happily building their life here in the Sunshine State.

As a self-managed investment property owner, Brittany understands the needs of both first-time buyers and seasoned investors. Her approach is rooted in hard work, empathy, and hustle—qualities that have made her a trusted guide for clients from all walks of life.

When she’s not working with buyers and sellers, Brittany loves hiking, beach days, traveling, and exploring everything Florida has to offer.

To Brittany, real estate is more than a job—it’s a way to help people find their place in the world.
